Moving out of state in June or July and not taking my trailer with me. $22,000 or best offer. 

Bought new in late 2020 in Carlsbad, NM. It was delivered to SKP Ranch Co-op 20 miles away and not moved since. 

Features — too many to list but includes 4 season package, 3 slides, automatic leveling, washer/dryer hookups, 2 ACs, 11 cu ft fridge, sleeps 5, electric 13 ft awning. 

Upgrades — 4 additional stabilizer jacks, microwave/convection/grill, Dometic 310 toilet, 6 slide jacks, new door. 

Very well maintained weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance, including black and grey tanks, ACs, and water heater anodes. 

I will have the title by mid-June. New Mexico registration expires in September 2025. I DO NOT have a truck to deliver. Must be picked up at the SKP Ranch in Lakewood.
