Marsha, You can show your expetise at RV cleaning any time you want on my rig. I cleaned mine all up just before I got here to this mud hole. Now it is worse than it was befor I started cleaning it. However today there was no rain and the wind has dried all the mud up for a while. They even got a lot of work done on the project here.
I've decided to wait till Monday to head for Duluth. I still don't know what route I'll take but I'll probably just stay on I-90 to I-35 up to Duluth. I think it is still open across the Missouri. Maybe I should wear my swiming trunks just in case.
I woke up at 5 AM this morning. Way too early for this old man. I've been fighting sleep every since.
Okay big guy....the next time we meet and IF your rig is dirty, I will clean it. BUT I don't do the outside, bathrooms, windows, floors, beds, microwaves, stoves, ovens or cabinets. Everything else will be just fine.

How many baskets are you planning on making while they are gone???
So far they have been gone 2 days, and I haven't had a minute to get one out. I am working on a cracker basket for Carrie for Christmas. I had a tooth ache for 2 weeks so I made an appointment yesterday and ended up having a root canal. What a way to start a week. I didn't get home till 2 and didn't feel much like doing much until about 7 last night...one day down. Today, I did my late spring cleaning early fall cleaning. The MH smells like new. All woodwork done, floor scrubbed and counter spotless! What a good job...if I say so myself.

Paul and Kelly safe arrival in Ohio. Can't believe they got there that fast!
-
And you don't miss Paul?
OH yes...of course him too...LOL
-
Sandie - So, now you won't be quite as depressed since you have internet.
Marsha - You REALLY want your kids to be 13 again? Absolutely, no way for me. That boyfriend / girlfriend stuff really got on my nerves with my kids. And, then, you'd still be stuck at home, working and no big wheels.
Well, we've hung around this week since Terry had a CAT scan scheduled for today. We got over to Portland and they rescheduled it!!! So, we'll do this again next week. We're meeting Lee and Loralie for lunch tomorrow, Tammi is in town Thursday and Friday and then, Father's Day on Sunday.
We'd really, really like to get on the road.
Congrats, IYQ, on becoming a South Dakota resident!
Jeri...good point about not being able to travel. But we really enjoyed watching them with their friends, playing sports and just growing into really neat girls. Since we taught at the high school they went to, we KNEW most of the boys they dated before they dated them. Great advantage.

Paul left with Kelly this morning. I can't believe they drove all the way to Nashville. They will be in Canton, Ohio tomorrow afternoon. They are nuts! I miss Kelly already! Isn't it strange that we work so hard to make them independent, loving, responsible adults and then when they do it we want them little again. Maybe not real little but about 13.

Happy Birthday Marsha, Don't let these guys call you 39. Tell them your 19 like I am. They'll believe that as much as they will 39.
It was a little warm today and windy (30 MPH) My friend, that was out at Sugarite Canyon, moved into town today so she is set up in the space next to me. I sat in the lee of my truck and carved most of the day. Tomorrow I'll have to put the carving up and do a laundry and start mucking out this trailer. Yesterday, I got my Quarterly tax sent in and did all the running around I needed to do and answered all the email that has stacked up while I was hitting the Vanishing Cream. Now all I have to do is wait for all the forwarded mail and stuff I ordered to get here.
Remember Marsha, 19.
And that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
.
Thanks my good friend. I will have to be sure my girls aren't with me when I tell someone I am 19. They may think I am not telling the truth. I have to practice saying 19, 19, 19

For the longest time, I could not figure out how any one knew it was my birthday. NOW I see...my other half! They say keep you enemies close. This one can't get much closer!
Thanks for all the wonderful wishes. Being 39 is a FULL-TIME job but someone has to do. Enjoy and stay safe.
-
Well, Happy Birthday Marsha, yeah, I know that 39 is a tough year to get through.
Thank you both. It should be a big day! Believe me...I feel every day of 39 and maybe a few more years past that!

If any one is still out there...we didn't get rapture so we are heading for Oklahoma City this morning. Getting a real early start. Hopefully it is a little less windy! Enjoy your day.

Sorry folks for all the errors in my last post. I had cataract surgery, and I think my sight was still very blurry! Since the stroke, I do have an Italian accent, but I didn't know I was writing like I just got off the boat. Please forgive an old Italian woman. Marsha
