As of 3.1.12 I will be dropping out of my current business and going to work full time for the Winegard company as a RV dealer trainer and handling sals and promotional events for Winegard throughout the Western US. I am concerned about how this might change my status on the board and wanted to ask what the proper procedure would be going forward to avoid any possible conflicts.
