Not quite true Iceman... I have had gas powered car that is registered in Polk county, inspected in Galveston and Grayson county several times. They do not do the emission tests.

Get yourself a pkg of Marine-Tek fiberglass repair kit. this stuff was made for boats and when dry, can be drilled, sanded, etc. West Marine is a good place or Amazon.

Really no answer to such a broad question. Everything depends on what type of RV, your plan to travel, how much "comfort" you need, and last, budget. Might be better to ask specific questions on your concerns. We have been doing this for 23 years and have altered on method several times, again, ask specific questions.

I used 1 gal cans because.... easier to get on roof, use a pouring lid, you can seal up lid after pouring amount you are using, easier to mix a 1 gallon than 5, controlling left over easier, be sure to have a heavy duty drill to mix with.

Just a couple of comments... we had a 40' HH Chapagne with RK. Gobs of counter space, with proper storage, no items coming out or broken. We did have Mor/ryde IS suspension which helped a great deal. Why in the world would you want an outside fridge? First, you would only get a apt size, and second, it will get old fast going outside to retrieve something from the fridge.
