Hi! I see you are in AZ. There is a website you might look at for used Class A's: www.crankyape.com. They auction off repossessed RV's including class A's. They also have a lot in Kingman AZ that you can visit to inspect something if you think it might be a good match for you.

Hi! if I were in your place, I would become a member of Escapees and then buy the motorhome from someone who uses PPL as a middleman. (http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/used_rvs_for_sale.htm) PPL sells on consignment, which means that they would be quite happy to put your motorhome back on their lot when you are done with it. They no doubt have a lot of advice for your situation as foreigners.
