This 2003 Montana 3295RK sports three slideouts with a rear kitchen with huge amounts of cabinet space! Sleeps four comfortably: two in the master queen bed and two in the queen sofa sleeper. Main living area: The kitchen slideout has a TV alcove big enough for storage with oak structure in front for mounting a flat screen TV, electric fireplace/auxiliary heater below TV, cabinets including trash receptable drawer, a desk with more cabinets and drawers, electric residential-style frost-free refrigerator, counter with drawers and cabinets below and added large oak shelf above for electric countertop oven or extra storage, and microwave with range hood and propane stove with oversize RV oven below. Kitchen counter extends into room from the back with double sink, new high rise faucet with pull out rinser and extra counter space with cabinets above and below, and the cabinets have doors making them accessible from both sides. Other side of kitchen in the back contains a desk with drawers and and three more cabinets above. The larger slide from back to front contains a free-standing dinette (5 original matching chairs in excellent condition are in storage in Columbia, Missouri and will come with the unit, along with the matching bedspread, also in storage) and a queen sleeper sofa. On that wall heading towards the front of the RV, there is a glass-doored curio from floor to ceiling with more storage. just inside the entry door to the right are more cabinets for taller items on top and a coat closet plus the breaker box and converter below for easy access. Day/night shades throughout except window between fridge and stove, which has a roller shade. Bedroom/bath area: On your way up three normal height stairs, there is a trap-door for a laundry or storage shoot into the basement storage, then the potty room on the left, large shower on the right with small garden tub and new faucet and showerhead; next to the potty room is a full-size closet for either stacking washer/dryer or a w/d combo. We currently have a Splendide w/d combo in the unit; it may convey for an extra $500 if you also meet our requested selling price. Next to the shower is the bathroom sink. The bedroom area has a queen bed platform in the slideout with minimal storage underneath the bed. On the opposite wall is cabinetry above with a window and then six large drawers (two vertically by three across). The front wardrobe closet, which goes all across the front of the unit, has an in-floor safety box and wire shelves in the right hand end. Where the wardrobe and upper cabinets meet, there is a TV cabinet area which can be used for storage too. A flat screen TV mount could be installed with the right adaptations. It is wired for a bedroom TV for antenna and satellite. Recent upgrades since we bought the unit in fall 2014: new hot water heater 2016, five new tires in May 2017, new front jacks and front jack motor in 2016, all new faucets in 2014-2016 (except outside shower), recently resealed roof in May 2017, all windows pulled and reset to prevent leaks in 2015-2016, main slideout room floor professionally rebuilt in 2015 to repair from one window leak. When we had the slideout floor rebuilt, we had them take out the carpet in front of the desk and install vinyl. Suspension rebuilt with new shackle plates and bushings in fall 2016, carpets cleaned in April 2017, all slideouts had the sealing tape replaced where slideout roofs meet the slideout exterior walls (to cover the screw heads) to prevent leaks in the slideouts. New propane auto-changeover regulator in spring 2017. New 15 amp breaker in breaker box for A/C July 2017. You will need to provide your own queen mattress for the bed upstairs. Sofa sleeper comes with queen air mattress. This is a non-smoking unit. The trailer's GVWR is 14,300, UVW is 10,760, CCC after subtracting 500 lbs. for water and 60 lbs. for LP, leaves 2,980 lbs. for cargo. This unit is towable by a 3/4 ton pick-up truck.
