  1. Thank you for the replies. We have made reservations outside the park. 3 nights west side, 4 nights east. Will travel road south of Glacier to relocate on day four.
  2. Hope to RV camp near east entrance In Glacier National Park mid July. All reservable sites are taken. Historic fill times are before 8am. If we are able to secure a non reserve site before 8 am, what and where do we hang out with our 25’ Fifth wheel and tow vehicle while we wait for site to be vacated later in the day? Have read all parking lots fill with cars early each day Has anybody tried for a non-reserveable site during peak season?
  3. MI to GA in early January, places to stop

Thank you - will have a look at the US23 route. Sounds like it would be the better choice. We are headed off for our first Workamper experience Jan - Mar with the COE. Not as warm as most snow birds aim for - but should be way better than Northern Michigan. Fortunately our arrival day is very soft , if the weather is bad, we won't roll.
  4. MI to GA in early January, places to stop

    nothing?
  5. Towing a 5th wheel from SE Mich to Lake Lanier GA early January 2016. Any recommendations for good stopping, sleeping places along I-75? Will need at least two sleeps with good weather. Once we arrive we will be staying for the winter, any recommendations for things to do and see in the winter in NE Georgia?
