  1. This is not a deeded lot. There is no current waiting list that I'm aware of.
  2. It has flooded once and will not happen again; a dike was built to prevent this from ever happening again. Park is in process of upgrading all electrical. Many good people live in this park and everyone is very friendly. Assessments are fair and required to maintain the park. Hope this helps! Wife and I just decided lot doesn't work into our plans.
  3. The ranch dosn't allow washes or dryers in out buildings. Underground electrical conduct is in place; need to pull wiring thru and install electrical panel.
  4. Between Carlsbad and Artesia, NM. Will try to figure out how to add pics. You can go The Ranch Web site and see picture. It's an old pic - have requested they update pic. Storage bldg has been completely rebuilt and painted.
  5. Looking for a reasonably priced home base? Have priced Lot 37 to sell. Comes with 10' x 12' storage building, clothes line, 50amp F-HU, free Wi-Fi, RO water, gravel.
