Steyreo Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 Hi, Does anybody know of a good place to fill our fresh water tank as near as possible to the site of the 2025 Bash? brian Quote
sandsys Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 It might be good to tell those of us not in the know where the bash is to be held. I'm way to old to go there but I might recognize where it is. 2gypsies Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 The web site has all the information. "Arrive with black and grey empty. Dump available on site for departure day. During the week a pump out truck for a fee." I'd assume also arrive with full water. https://bash.xscapers.com/parking-options/ Quote Full-timed for 16 YearsTraveled 8 yr in a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star 40' Motorhome and 8 yr in a 33' Travel Supreme 5th Wheel
Kirk W Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 A lot depends upon where you will be coming from. Most truck stops have a place that you can get potable water and a dump station. Another possible solution would be to arrive a day early and spend a night in an RV park to use their facilities. Quote Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... Steyreo Posted January 7 Author Report Posted January 7 Thank you for the replies so far. sorry, thought this forum was targeted toward people going to the events. It is in Havasu City. We’ll be coming from the east. Definitely used to finding water and know that we have to come prepared. I was just hoping to get a head start on identifying a place close to the venue. see you soon! Darryl&Rita Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 (edited) There's also water/sewer available at both the Flying J and T/A Petro in Quartzite, along with a couple of motel/RV parks. aknavy Posted January 8 Report Posted January 8 There is water and a dump site available on site. We arrive with empty waste tanks and a full water bladder, then use a blue boy to dump grey, and refill from the water spigots. There are several around the place, you just need a method of transporting it. Or be willing to move your RV. We use these when boondocking for water, we have a 150 gal for the truck and a 60 gal for refills with the Jeep. Just need a cheap transfer pump to move it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ONFDEM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Quote 2001 VNL 660 2018 DRV Fullhouse JX450 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
