Wealth Management accounts not accepting address

We have been trying to open a new WM account with Fidelity and Schwab.  Both institutions will not accept the Rainbow drive address as it is not physical.  Interestingly we have existing accounts with both Institutions, and we have changed the address to Rainbow drive. So this only applies to new accounts.

Has anyone found a workaround?  We do not have any relatives or physical addresses we can use.

The banking rules do allow for you to give an alternative address of a relative who will always know how to reach you but the problem is getting the rep you are talking with to educate himself.
