New BANK account application REJECT - problem with 227 Rainbow Drive address

I recently applied to open a business account, using the 227 Rainbow Drive Escapee address. 

My application was rejected because it was flagged as a mail service. 

Anyone encountered this recently and has a solution?

sorry for submitting this again.  i could not figure out how to edit the message title.

If you click on the three dots at the upper left of your post, EDIT is the fourth item on the menu. Do that with your first post and you can then edit your subject.

and because i should delete one of my 2 messages - 

I see how I can edit, but am not clear how to delete a message.

Do you know about the new issue regarding all of us having to change our address to 101 Rainbow Dr etc from our previous street address numbers. IE mine was 193 rainbow dr etc and now is101. You should get and email about this soon if you have not already.

Yes.  I received that email too, but apparently this has nothing to do with this new issue. 

To my understanding, this is a legal residential address because we have the right to stay there.   This change may eventually effect each and every one of us.
