Are you looking for something like Boulder Oaks RV Resort? I saw that one, the reviews say that the owners look down on the renters. I was just wondering what sources people are using. The more tools I have in the tool box the better. Quote 2015 Ram 3500 RC DRW CTD AISIN 410 rear 2016 Mobile Suites 38RSB3

Thanks, I use that resource all the time and many others. I have posted, contributed 160 reviews there. They don’t necessarily show co-ops, owner owned lots unless someone asked them to list the place and wrote a review. I’ve had them add several campgrounds over the years. I’m not necessarily asking for a location but for resources. As I prefer to be self sufficient with as many resources and tools at my disposal. I have searched for a specific resource but have not found one. I just thought with all the RV experience here that someone might know one. kb0zke
Have you looked at the Escapees co-ops? None are close to Boulder, but several in the SW. I believe he's asking about Boulder City, NV southeast of Las Vegas. Not Boulder, CO. Pahrump's Pair-A-Dice co-op is fairly close. 50 miles west of the Las Vegas strip, 75 miles from Boulder City. Currently our wait list has 54 people on it, not as much as some of the other co-ops but it's still a wait of a couple years before you are able to buy in.
