GlennWest Posted March 20, 2023 Report Share Posted March 20, 2023 I was concerned about using my mini splits for heat as no heat is ducted in there except with furnace. I have lithium batteries so they need to stay above freezing. Now I don't know how other brand inverters behave but mine put out right much heat. I opened up storage yesterday and it was warm in there. Only mini splits in use. Now that was in upper 40's. So I see no need for concern now. Randyretired Posted March 21, 2023 Report Share Posted March 21, 2023 We only have a 2,000 watt inverter but that and the charge controllers create a lot of heat.
