SuiteSuccess
Time for some recaulking of my DRV. I have used Lexel in the past but it is messy and difficult to work with. What are you using?
Brad & Jacolyn
RV Pro flex Lexel is good but takes practice. You can't work it without a mess. Make very small beads, move smoothly, stop when you reach the end of the gun stroke and restart moving a squeezing again at the same time(slowly). Leon, (Nomad Detailer) was an expert at it and I’ve watched his videos. I just can’t get the same results, lol. The roof has not been a concern. I used Eternabond on the seams after extensive prep and then Dicor self leveling along the Eternabond edges to seal. It’s the sides I need to work on. Also, personally, I haven’t found the Lexel to be “crack resistant “ for any longer than other products. Just a personal observation. NeverEasy
I use NP1. It might be as messy to use as Lexel but I have not used it. NP1 lasts forever and does not crack.
