Contacting Starlink

Hi all   I ordered some additional parts for my Starlink.   One of the things is a Long Wall Mount and it came damaged, I have looked at my online account for a way to contact them about getting a replacement/exchange, but I have not been able to find anything.   There must be away I just can't see it.  Thanks for any help

If you log into your Starlink account on a computer you will find info under Support - Account, Billing & Orders which says "You can return any mount or accessory purchased from the Starlink Shop within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your payment. Simply submit a support request from your Account to request a return."

I suppose you could ask for an exchange, but I suspect you need to return the damaged item and then reorder the part.
