Jinx & Wayne Posted January 27, 2022 Report Share Posted January 27, 2022 Last January I installed a Fan-tastic vent with rain sensor and remote. In October the motor quit. It took two months for the factory to send me the wrong part, and another month to send another wrong part. It looks like I am just going to have to buy a new one and put it in. Does anyone know of a good rain sensor vent/fan with remote other than Dometic? The only thing the wife doesn't like is that the remote, when it's been idle, you have to hit the power button twice. Once I explained it, it's all been good. Works good. Replace the little return spring that fired the fan with one from a ball point pen. Since then no issues.
