The earliest arrival will be on Friday, June 17 and the latest departure Sunday, June 26. The parking crew are all volunteers and most of them arrive on Wednesday and Thursday and the last of the staff depart on Sunday as well. I talked to someone on the phone yesterday and said we may have to boondock in the overflow parking and then get parked on Monday morning, which is fine. The complete program schedule for this year is not yet locked in but will be available when you arrive. As an example of what to expect, look through the program book from 2021 as it will give you a good idea of how things work and the sort of things that will be available. Each evening there is entertainment and that schedule is available so look it over. Attendance at Escapade varies from location to location and year to year but there are typically between 600 and 900 RVs or more. The daily seminar schedule is such that it is not possible to attend everything so most couples plan to separate at least part of the day to cover when they wish to get information from 2 seminars that happen at the same time. There are also numerous spontaneous social gatherings that take place in the RV parking areas and we have always considered that to be one of the highlights for us. I have been active on the staff for quite a few years so feel free to ask any questions that you may have as if I don't know the answer, I do know who to contact to find out.
