Maybe time for a new vent ? ;)

Well it is. fan quit on it. But it not cracked or anything that i can see. I may have caused it. I did build it up some around the sealing surface when I did the roof with Henry's tropic seal. Wonder if that causes water to splash up in it?

Maybe the water gets blown up and in ?

But , if there's no wind ...

There's suppose to be a seal around the upper edge of the vent . The 'lid' should lay flat on that seal and not allow anything to enter .

Looks like
