Cannot see any damaged to port but it will not fit now. Contacted Visible thru chat. See no way to talk to anyone. Basically warranty thru Motorola. Need to get receipt for them. Considering going to a walmart that has phone repair. I don't need to be without phone service. Never got a bad phone before. So I had not figured this in with Visible. Not having a store to go to is a problem definitely.
