Pappy Yokum
Call a mobile repair (awning) service and ask what wt they use, choices, etc. BTW - I had an awning replaced on a previous RV. The mobile awning guy came to my sticks & bricks. Very happy with the result (and price). Unfortunately I didn't ask what the weight (thickness) was. Hope you get more (or better) ans to your question! Edited September 3, 2021 by Pappy Yokum

Kirk W
You might want to check with Shade Pro to see what they would charge you. They sure do a lot of business at RV rallies and such. They are completely mobile and don't even have a shop. Quote Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... I used to think this but since I have been working in that area alot and been seeing their trucks, I discovered this. 2505 Folex Way, Spring Valley, CA 91978 I guess they need a place for deliveries and to stock material to keep those trucks ready to work. That is the address but there is no shop there, at least that is what the team leader at the Rock Springs Escapade told me. He did say how many crews they have, but I have slept since the conversation and don't recall. I do know that there were 5 mobile units at Escapade, plus the big supply rig that they restocked from. Spring Valley is a suburb of San Diego. Quote Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... bobsallyh
I don't know how many trucks they have running around Yuma and Quartzite, AZ. in the winter. They also have a kiosk at the Arizona Market Place here in Yuma in the winter.
Darryl&Rita
Maps show a building there, with a shop and employee parking lot. Lots of material crates out back, too.
