I can limit how much amperage I draw from it, and have it set to 20 amps to keep the noise down when I do run it. My neighbor has one of those super quiet Honda 2000's. It's louder than my Westinghouse when under load. At idle, it's probably a hair quieter. But under load, the Westinghouse is quieter and produces more power.
