Fuses sometimes look good when they are bad so it would be wise to check them with a volt/ohm meter just to be sure. Since it is all of the awnings, that does sound like a fuse as a  strong possibility. I would check for power the control switches if your fuse is good and power is getting beyond the fuse. It might help to know what year your Diplomat is, as someone here may have one like it.
