I bought two Microsoft refurbished Surface Pros, my Pro3 and my Pro 4. I bought my Pro 7 i7 16GB/256GB with type-cover new for $1200. Since this Pro 7 has a one year warranty, parts and labor, and a 30 return guarantee from Newegg. Looks like a good deal. I sometimes us my desktop keyboard and mouse at home or my Logitech K-400 with my Surface devices and the KB/mouse sets that use one USB receiver for both work great. Anyway, I'd take this any day as I am Windows 100% over any other tablet. The pen is awesome. When I had to return my Pro 3 and pro 4 for repairs under warranty they had a 5 biz day turnaround. Caveat emptor. I have not tried a refurb Pro 7. But I love my Surface Pro 7 I bought new. And the refurbished ones, even though I had to return this one I'm on now, the Pro 4 i7/8GB/256GB, four times!
