Interested in the Sarasota or Ft Myers areas but open to all of FL. I am a full timer and have been traveling continuously for 9 years now and looking for a winter home base. Myers Beach, they seemed to be priced from $70,000 to the highest @ $269,000 in Naples. Roger has the best area IMO, East of Bradenton and I 75. I expanded my search to include Titusville and Port St Lucie. A little more expensive, averaging $150,000 to $250,000 for a driveway!
