Lots of salaries that were teetering (like airline employees) are going to be funded while they get back on their feet. Money for restaurants to help them recover. Unemployment payments extended. And a huge amount of that money will be put back into circulation as people spend it, which helps to get the economy moving. I downloaded the PDF so I can read on those nights when I can't sleep. Of course, I also would sit and read the CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) when flying to make sure I had the citations I needed for my presentations documented correctly. Plan for future just in case like have a standby portable generator, etc. for emergencies or insurance policies. Lets not stray from my intent, which is to make this act available to everyone. Those links were hard to find as they were buried in other articles stating the authors opinions. It is now law for better or worse, and we all must live with its provisions, which we can only do by reading the acts contents. In my experience, most Treasury payments generally get deposited in advance of the scheduled date. I heard some media reports that the payments would start going out this weekend.
