I contacted Gerald Heinrich who is a commercial member of Escapees He is located in TX but can sell Nationwide MediCare in TX, SD and I believe FL. His number is 1(866)558-3577. There are few choices in SD. United Health Care thru AARP, or Mutual of Omaha. I went with MofO. I also got Part D coverage with CVS. Gerald will walk you thru what is available and the best costs.
