This poor lady just lost her RV in a fire just now in Reno when a heater she was using tipped over.  She made it out safely but the photo shows total destruction.

That's why it is important to only buy a heater that has a tip switch that turns it off if it tips over.

Had a horrible experience 50 yr. ago when our child was laying down for a nap in our tiny Scotty trailer with not much floor space.  The heater was too close to the bed and her blanket fell on it.  It must had just happened as we returned.  There was a black burn mark on it so it would have gone up in flames shortly.  Still sends chills!!  Be careful with those heaters and as we have learned, turn them off if leaving the RV.
