Do you have 12 volt power.

is your furnace operating

if your furnace is operating it is possible to somehow open a heating vent pipe underneath the camper. That way heat would be able to flow under the rv and heat everything up at a steady pace.

I have see just metal ductwork like in a house used. That may need to be cut open for heat to escape. It can be put back together easily.

If you have a flexible vent line you could just cut it with a knife and pliers. It can be put back together .

This is absolutely in desperate times. So if you block some heat from venting into the camper it will force more underneath the camper.

Tanks frozen solid may take awhile to completely thaw out. But if you gat some flow of water out then letting water run may help.  I would be careful about black tank flowing open. Just in case some solids could block the valve.

Just giving a idea to help.  Vern

In a pinch, the outside shower can be used to put hot water into the fresh water tank.
Short term, emergency use only.

Is that IF the shower hose reaches the gravity fill, or do you attach a hose to the shower and run it to the gravity fill?

Why would you want to do that? As I understand the problem, his waste tanks are frozen and he needs to empty them?
