thunder bay?   not much but wheat after that until you reach the rockies.

That's us. Views of the Rockies out 1 window, wheat fields out the other. I think RickS has the same views, 8 hours further south.

I have been wrong before, I'll probably be wrong again.

Don't get to see the Rockies until we get closer to Calgary. We go through the Thunder Bay area every few years on our way to Val-d'Or Quebec to visit friends. If the border remains closed this summer we may be heading that way again. Usually stop at the KOA there.

The campingcrossville.com site is not working.  Do I just call Deer Run directly?

Reservations made at Cville now just need to get registered for the Rally. Hope everybody is safe and warm. It really sounds bad in the Midwest and in Texas. Hope everybody can stay warm and safe. Think Spring!!!! And Bourbon with the crowd. Or as many as they will let us get together with.   Pat

Hi All! (I went to eastcoasthdtrally.com to seek info and registration)

We have a 45' 5er, pull with a '17 F350. BUT, seeing that I have a CDL and have always been a Volvo fan, I fully know and understand the safety aspects of a HDT, and, want to progress into this as our puller.

Late to the party I guess, we sought campground ressies  ...but!, it's a no go. I've watched a bunch of YT Video's and most all say to hit up a rally and learn. So that is what I shall do... next time!

You guys have a blast!

Have you been to Iron Horse with that 5er?  Looks pretty tight.

Here's a park near the rally site.  We've stayed there:  https://www.springlakervtn.com/

C'mon down.  We'll have a couple bikes with us.

We’ve stayed at the IHML 3 times prior, RV slot #4. Yes, it’s tight with a 45fter, but doable.

I’m quite serious about the HDT and conversions, so I’d probably wanna camp close by, I’ll checkout your suggestion, and thank you very much! :)

Had a lot of rain at deer run since Thursday almost everyone who came to camp for the weekend was gone by sat morning. We got no storms just rain and a lot. Wvlt said crossville had 3.3 but people in the campground said they heard over 9 inches. No storm damage of any kind.

Great. Was gonna text you today but ran across this.  Supposed to be below freezing next Thursday and maybe into weekend so take care.  See you soon.
