Parrformance
I shivered a little just seeing the picture. ๐ฌ๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ช We on the other hand are experiencing tropical storm winds and rain, very muggy and wet. ๐ฆ๐งโโก๐๐ Quote 2006 Volvo VNL 780, " Arvey"ย Volvo D12, 465hp, 1650 ft/lbs tq., ultrashift 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2010 Forest River Coachman Freedom Express 280RLS Jackalopee
trimster
Whooa... sun and 47 degrees. please discount the 45mph winds as the cold front moves in. Just enough to bolt on the mud flaps. The window wells (aka fenders) have pre-drilled holes in them. Cut some angle iron and drilled to match the fenders and the mud flaps. Stainless hardware...and wa-la. Now, I'm legal. Whew. Now to dig out the snow blower for tomorrow. Ya, I know. some of you are shoveling sunshine. jenandjon
Get you a set of these poly mud flaps. They wont sail like them rubber ones. Unless you are going to put weights on it. I got a pair and they are actually pretty good quality for the price. ย https://www.iowa80.com/pd/24-x-30-volvo-poly-mud-flap/248843/ Quote Farmer, Trucker, Equipment operator, Mechanic Quando omni flunkus moritati-When all else fails, play dead I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess. ย

Maybe a couple of inches clearance.ย The box should keep them from sailing yo much. At least that's the plan. Our mud flaps are between the tires and the box and it works well but I also put mud flaps behind the box to catch some of what the first set might miss.ย It has worked well for us.
