Rich and others, the original assessment that COVID19 was contact and droplet has been overcome as our research grows into the millions of cases.

It is airborne, droplet, and contact. This is the latest science. Here's a link to more than a few articles so you can pick the one you like.

Also they now know that the viral load determines the severity of infection aside from preexisting medical conditions. Micro droplets are what makes up the vapor you see from nose or mouth in cold weather when you see your breath. That carries the virus too and can float with infectious COVID19. So hanging a nose out can be as bad as no mask at all.

If everyone is wearing a mask and maintains distance the viral load that gets out of the mask, (Yes some does) reduces the numbers of viruses expelled, and then the other person wearing one , both properly drop the chances of getting it quite a bit.

I had to make an appointment to register my new car last week and I was given one for 2 pm yesterday, 24 July, 2020.

Masks required and they have red tape outside, and to the check in desk just inside, 6 feet apart. MY bad luck is there was a strong breeze blowing from my back where there were three or four folks waiting too. I turned to see how many folks were in line and the guy behind me was two feet and violating my personal space when there was no corona virus.

I made no excuses just politely pointed out the red tape for distancing. My exact words were "Hey bud they put tape out every six feet so we can stay safe. No thank you, or any words, but he did move back without acting out.

When I got inside I was impressed. I've been there to register our other car and never really noticed their long counters have glass dividers for privacy and each chair sits normally in the middle and ten feet at least from either side.

I was standing back, not sitting when I saw the closest DMV clerk put an orange construction wire flag so it could be seen and a worker with sanitizing solution wiped down the whole desk, chair, pen, and did it conscientiously!

I felt much better, and glad for those measures with the death toll skyrocketing here and in Brazil and rising in the rest of the world with lesser numbers by far because their folks follow the orders on quarantine and masks.

So folks it is much more infectious than originally thought.

Many strange shortages.  First, the TP.  Then coins. Now, aluminum, mainly having to do with pop cans.  I can't find my favorite Pepsi beverage, but the shelves still look plenty well stocked with thousands of other aluminum cans. 

I guess Diet Pepsi caffeine-free isn't a top seller.

We still buy Diet Dr Pepper which is a Pepsi Product. So, it may be a delivery problem rather than an aluminum shortage.

It is not just soda, but beer also. This article suggests that the shortage is a combination of increased demand for cans due to the decrease in sales at restaurants, etc, and hording.

Contact the company to see if your choice is discontinued or where to find it in your area.  I've done that with things.  No use spending time looking for it if it's been discontinued.

We are finding the same issue with Caffeine-free Diet Coke. While none of the other Coke products seem to be in short supply, in our area the Caffeine-free Diet Coke is virtually impossible to find.

Try finding the Ginger-Lime Diet Coke.  Can't find it anywhere in the Mesa area anymore.  And yet Kroger keeps showing it as being on sale in their flyers and sending me coupons for it!

There is nothing we can do about the fact that the virus is here and is real. We can read articles all  day on what to do or not to do to  protect ourselves and others. We take the easy way out we wear gloves and the mask maybe that works maybe it doesn't  but that is what we do.

Looking at the timelines it seems he was infected in March.  If that is right that is well before masks were recommended.
