PaHunter
I did a search and did not find this topic. Has anyone done this ? I got a check engine fault the other day. Looking online, it is the def dosing nozzle, probably crystallized. Any one have this issue happen to them ? Quote Chris . Sandpiper 379 FLOK, Volvo 2012 730. Scrap
Never done a Volvo, but make sure it finishes its purge cycle, pinch off the coolant lines, unplug connector, remove hose, remove three bolts, and it comes off. Its pretty straight forward, but if it is one of the old ones with the plastic nipple be real careful with it. Breathe on it wrong and the nipple will break off inside the DEF hose, ruining your afternoon. Might be a good time to do the DEF filter too?
