bigredhdt
I want to consult the collective brain trust to make sure I replace what is broken rather. The valve leaks at the exhaust port at all times: with and without the spring brakes applied, with and without the service brakes applied. Bad valve? DesertMiner
Try removing the “supply side” lines from the valve one by one. See if leak changes. If you have a bad brake chamber it could leak as you described.
bigredhdt
Guess I'm not sure I follow you. With the spring brakes applied, there should be no air going to the spring port and the service port only has air when you apply them.

Jeff.Sloan
Pinch off the airlines going to your brake canisters one at a time and see if the leak airflow changes in any way. If so you have a bad brake canister. I had one leaking from the service side to the parking side and it was leaking continually through my ABS modulator release valve. I was able to determine it was the canister by pinching lines and listening to how the leak changed. 2004 Volvo 630, Cummins ISX, Eaton 10 speed (air assist clutch), 3.71 3.07 rear locker, ET jr, 200" WB, GearMaster 2017 Forest River Sierra 372LOK Full time June 2017 DW, 2 kids, and 2 dogs
