Home base is Colorado Heights Camping in Monument, CO. Sale will include both. The home park is quite nice, we can walk to it. We last stayed there, but watch it daily as we drive by it, in 2006. Have tried to hold on but can no longer afford this luxury. Thank you for considering helping us out.
