LIke Pat and Pete said.  If it is not all the way turned correctly, you could have a problem pressurizing the system.

You also could have a real small leak (drip, as was mentioned) somewhere in the system.  Could be as small as a simple spray thru a crack in the line.  If you get a chance to crawl under your rig, look for any wet spots in your belly.  Do check each of your sink and shower shutoffs to make sure they are not leaking.  I imagine that this only happens when you are on your water pump and not on city water?
