Jennifer
So, my dad is selling his motor home. It's a 2000 Winnebago Adventurer, 32 foot, with a living room slide out, Class A, Gasoline, with approx 110,000 miles on it. It is currently at a storage facility in Georgetown, TX. If you are interested in looking at it or purchasing it, please email my dad at ayers.bob@gmail.com, or me at jayers@prismnet.com He has taken meticulous care of it when he was using it, but has not used it in a few years, and at 87, is just not able to keep driving it. He just put a brand new battery in it, and it runs fine, just needs an inspection. It's in pretty good shape, but here is the disclosure list from him: -Exterior body damage to left rear ( I looked, it's a small, cosmetic thing, but pics to come) -Tires may/may not need replacement because of age/dry-rot -Roof needs refinishing and caulking around all items (not leaking, just a regular maintenance issue for it's age) -Windshield and all windows need re-caulking/sealant (same thing: no leaks, just maintenance) -Coach A/C cooling questionable -Annual safety inspection due and may show additional problems He's kept it at a storage facility, under a roof, since he hasn't been using it, and I went and cleaned it out, but left all the bed linens, and tools/extra parts specific to it's maintenance for the next owner. It looks great, but the carpets could use a shampoo...no visible stains, just regular dirt from foot traffic. Other than a rug shampoo, it's super clean, especially considering it's age. Can send more pics if you contact one of us. We are looking to get $12K, OBO
