LindaH
I was searching through the Menu items and noticed "Local Channels" under "System Setup." I scanned for local channels, but found none...in an area that "should" have locals available. Is there something I need to do, or add, in order to get locals? Mark and Dale Bruss
You need to connect the OTA antenna to the antenna port of the VIP 612. Once connected, with the abtenna aimed, run a scan to find the local channels that can be seen. LindaH
Ok, thanks. We don't have an OTA antenna at home, and I have no idea how to do that in the RV. It's not a big deal, I was just curious. LindaH 2014 Winnebago Aspect 27K 2011 Kia Soul
Mark and Dale Bruss
Virtually every RV has an OTA antenna and a coax runs to each TV. Just disconnect the OTA coax from the TV and attach it to the DVR receiver. LindaH
That would be difficult to do in our RV since the TV and the receiver are on opposite sides of the RV. LindaH 2014 Winnebago Aspect 27K 2011 Kia Soul
