chief916
I have a TS3 20k hitch that I use to tow my cyclone with. Can anybody tell me if there is any value added to the towing if I install a rotoflex pinbox to the coach or would this just be Overkill? CrazyCooter
I wouldn't buy a Rotoflex box since it is made by Lippert and the quality control is garbage. I had a Trailair Flex box that was the air ride combined with the Rotoflex version head and it was distorted during manufacture so bad that it created more chucking! I can however recommend the Morryde box as we towed many trouble free miles with it and only required replacement of the slide pads after 5+ years due to sun exposure. Many say you don't need both air and Morryde, but I feel the extra cushion is a good thing with our grabby clutches and brakes.
chief916
10-4 on the clutch and brakes....will do some research on the moreride box tonight. Thanks Ben
Ronbo
We had the morryde box installed when they did our i dependent suspension. We also have the ET Junior air hitch. We love the combination.
phoenix2013
I was intrigued, so I opened my mind, called upon my engineering curiosity, after all it's a solution to the age old RVing nemesis, chucking and listened to the entire 3 minutes 13 seconds YouTube presentation by the fine folks from Lippert Components about their latest cure-all. My assessment. I also noticed that both presenters seem to share DNA from the same gene pool. JPL
Anybody that tells me that I don't need shocks on my 5er that came from the mfg'er without them has never towed anything bigger than a little red wagon! And Lippert built the running gear. Pat The Old Sailor
