Furnished or unfurnished? Day/night shades or curtains?

Hi, I need your opinions...we need to sell our 2008 Sunnybrook 5th wheel due to hubby's health. We have removed the well used living room furniture & mattress to use in the house we are renting. We have stored the Window Cornice Boxes with the day/night shades and have curtains up at the windows. Should we furnish the rig or sell unfurnished (furniture & mattress)? Should we reinstall the window cornice boxes & day/night shades or leave curtains/rods?

I prefer curtains myself so that would be a selling point for me. As to furniture, do whichever you prefer then price it accordingly. I know many people who have replaced the RV furniture anyway but it can be nice to have something to start with while shopping for new.

I suspect that the trailer would sell more quickly if furnished, but if you buy new furniture for it, you probably won't get much of your money back. My guess is (and it is only a guess) that you might be wise to return things to as near original as possible and any spending on furniture should be for things you keep in your home.
