Internet usage calculation?

Based on what I have which is an HP pavilion laptop with windows 7 home premium. Is the amount of my usage recorded somewhere and if so where do I start looking for it?

I've been using Net Meter for several years. It's unobtrusive and monitors your connection speeds and usage in real time in addition to providing daily, weekly and monthly summaries. Also can sound an alarm and/or send an email when you reach a given amount of usage in a week or month. You can set the starting day of each month to match your service contract.

 

It's real time display is a rolling graph that can be placed in the taskbar or system tray, then expanded onto the screen when you want. This lets you see if anything's using data behind your back.

big jim, who is your internet provider. Some of them have it on your acct, after you sign into it. Not usually displayed on monthly bill. With windows 7 a little more control of what is what. But also depends on settings for updates for Microsoft products as well as OS security updates. along with updates on antivirus programs. ect....

Internet provider for this park is I think Ritter communications so I assume usage would only apply to the park.

yes but, the park can also set a limit on what it allows. But that depends on there tech guy. But i would suggest to try what Lou has, My comment in above post would be for your own personal (at home) acct with your ISP.
