trailertraveler
We drove it a few years ago going from Jackson South in a 2500 crewcab longbed towing a 30' trailer (total length 53') . There are steep grades of 6-8% and some low speed turns around Bear Lake. If you have a Mountain Directory you can read about it. If you don't, you might want to invest in one. 2gypsies
We've done it a few times with our 40' motorhome. It's a popular RV route but you will have a steep section. It depends how confident you are with your vehicle... and how you are with heights. Where would you be coming from? There are easier ways to get to Jackson from all directions. If coming from the south take I-15 to 189 from Provo to Heber City then I-80 east a little beyond Evanston, Wyoming then north on WY 189/191 to Kemmerer to Big Piney to Jackson.
