And just for note, "net neutrality" isn't and was enacted solely along party lines with only the chairman back then passing it. The other two members opposed it as too much regulation. Shall we at least give Pai an opportunity to present his case before vilifying him? Full disclosure: I met Pai at a 911 conference several years ago and he was very impressive - both in intelligence and his approachability.
