Anyone have a number to contact them. You should have received an e-mail for confirmation. That number is going to be needed in explaining the issue. I had several contacts with them, and it was difficult to reach/understand the "support person" a few years back. Wanna' get their attention? Nope can't open files. Surprise! After several emails finally convinced him to supply link for android. Works like a charm.
