Located in the Foothills just east of Yuma Arizona.

Star Dreamer, I'm not speaking for Phil. We bought an RV lot in December 2015, last year at this time. We had looked at it in spring of 2015 before leaving for the summer. Sort of put it on the back burner until we got back in the fall of 2015. We checked on it again in late November 2015 and it dropped $2000.00 from before. Private sale and was Canadian owned. Many of the properties in the Foothills are Canadian owned and with the Canadian dollar being what it is at this time, many owners are selling and taking the US dollars. Maybe some properties have dropped considerably but I really haven't noticed much drop unless they were overpriced to start with and many are. Some owners haven't been here for years, don't know the current market. Also being this is mostly a senior crowd out this way properties roll over quite frequently, some kids have inherited a property and have no idea what they even have. When we called numbers listed on the "For Sale" signs sometimes you couldn't believe the answers or lack of knowledge about what they were trying to sell. When dealing with real estate agents on these properties it is more or less "game on". You better be doing your homework. This just the way we see the situation.
