jeanhoyle
Don't you have to be on a waiting list like most of the other member parks?
lasttruck
Their website indicates several lots available for lease, including #74. Quite a turn over.
2gypsies
Here's a map of available lots for lease. . don't know how up-to-date it is. The pink-shaded ones are available. Evidently, there is no one on a wait list. http://www.skpranch.com/information.htm
LindaH
Don't you have to be on a waiting list like most of the other member parks? I would think so, since it's a Co-op park, not a Rainbow park. You'd also have to be an Escapee member.
Biker56
Average year around temps for the area. Looks like real hot daytime summers and possible freezes at night in winter.
LindaH
I would think so, since it's a Co-op park, not a Rainbow park. You'd also have to be an Escapee member. Plus, in a Co-op, you are not buying the lot (i.e., you don't get a deed); instead, you are buying a fraction of the Co-op which allows you use of a particular lot for as long as you want it (and, of course, pay the annual maintenance fee and remain a member of the Escapees). Linda & George Frey
In answer to some of the questions, you do have to be a SKP member for 6 months, or more. And, yes normally you have to go on a waiting list, but right now at the 'Ranch', there is no waiting list. And, yes, you actually are purchasing a lifetime lease. And, you can put your lot up for sale any time you want.
