mini splits ac system

Recommended Posts

Glenn ...I think you would be losing a bit of capacity at 12k compared to 15.5. Personally I would do it anyway but it probably would be working harder. The fact that the mini dumps its air directly into the conditioned space helps.

Dale....just saw your post. Yes I have installed many of these mini splits. That was when I owned an HVAC business. Did not take pictures of my installs.....sorry.

<p>....JIM and LINDA......2001 American Eagle 40 '.towing a GMC Sierra 1500 4X4 with RZR in the rear. 1999 JEEP Cherokee that we tow as well.

IT IS A CONTENTED MAN WHO CAN APPRECIATE THE SCENERY ALONG A DETOUR.

Glenn, if you are installing the minisplit in the rear of the trailer in the upper cabinets facing forward, as you have previously described it is MY opinion you will get far better cooling. I cool an area about the same as you have with a minisplit, and it has no trouble at all doing it. It is also whisper quiet. And the heat pump in it works better than the rooftop units do.
