air conditioner problem

He went up on the roof & took the cover off & spent some time up there, checked all the power, reset the thermostat & it came on. My hubby had done these same things but apparently hadn't done it exactly right. Anyway, it was only a service call & no parts had to be replaced so that was good news.

Last air I bought Home Labs Window Mounted AC Unit (5000 BTU ) for bedroom, after reviewing from https://coolingmyrv.com/, this site. All are the features of this AC are good. Cooling time 10 minutes or less. Reusable washable ECO filter, and two-way air flow. A few days ago I faced the same issue. Then, I started some  troubleshoot for this issue. 1) Thermostat set to “ON” instead of “AUTO”. 2) Clear the dirty air filter. 3) Clear the dirty outside unit. Now, my AC is working perfectly. You can try this, if this working that's fine otherwise check 1) Condenser fan motor (broken or faulty). 2) Refrigerant leak. 3) Bad compressor.
