Not sure when you are planning on going and if this is too late but for others who may be considering a trip in the future, I work in Custer State Park. We have 9 campgrounds and most sites have electric hookup. Every campground has free showers and bathrooms, with a place to hook up a hose and fill your fresh water tank. We also have a free dump station in the park. The price for an electric site is $25.00 plus tax. You must also purchase a park entrance license for you vehicle. A temporary pass is $20.00 per vehicle good for 7 days. There are also many private campgrounds outside the park near the towns of Custer and Hill City and near Mt. Rushmore.

I have no idea about "reasonable" but as far as a good park....... This is a good place. Plenty large sites.... And different type setting. We ended up in the "open" campsites....With a great clear view of our surroundings. Ample room in all their sites for big rigs. The Rafter Bar J is the name of the park. It may be a bit too far north of the actual Custer area. We looked at sites around there but ended up further north at the Rafter Bar J.. We would definitely stay there again if and when we revisit the area. Good luck
