towing a 2008 toyota tundra

Recently bought a new motorhome and had my 2008 Toyota Tundra set up to tow by a RV service center. They installed a drive line disconnect, base plate, tow bar, supplemental braking system and all the wiring and connections needed. When the work was complete everything seemed to work well. We drove a thousand miles in 2 days leaving the truck connected until we reached our destination. We unhooked the Tundra and went to start it and the battery was dead. Called the installer and they said everything was working when we left and the recommended taking it to another nearby service center. When we tow the key is in the first position so the steering is unlocked and none of the dash lights are on. The second key position is when all the dash lights come on, and the third position is start. What should be our next step? We will be near Houston for awhile. Any suggestions as to who to contact there?

Thanks for any input.

Could be there is a fuse that must be pulled for extended towing, as is true in many modern vehicles, even some that are approved for flat towing without modification. There are things in some vehicles that are on with the key in the unlocked position.
