pjcurry
OK Texas Full Timers -- As we all no doubt know Texas is changing their vehicle registration and inspection systems. As I understand it we Texas residents now have to have their vehicle inspected and the successful registration entered into the state computer before we can renew the registration. Is my interpretation correct? Does anybody have any idea how we do this if we're out of state? Hasn't been a problem in the past since the inspection and registration weren't linked but now ?????? Any help???? Pat(rick)2000 Fleetwood Discovery On the Road in Atlanta, GA
Barbaraok
No, your interpretation isn't correct. If you are out of state, you just declare so on the online renewal - it will ask you and you self-certify, and that is it. Nothing hard about it. And if you use Escapees as your mail service, you will get an email with the renewal sticker is in your 'box'.
